Job Summary
FranklinCovey is seeking a Senior Finance & Sales Commission Analyst to join our Enterprise North America FP&A team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of sales compensation, financial reporting, and data integrity. You will deliver the reporting and analysis that keeps our business informed, as well as own the end-to-end administration of sales commission calculations, serve as the primary escalation point for compensation disputes, and ensure our sellers are paid accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on precision, takes ownership seriously, and can connect the dots between Salesforce source data, DOMO reporting, and accurate compensation outcomes — while communicating that picture clearly and confidently to stakeholders at every level of the organization.
