Location: Hybrid – Anywhere in the greater Draper, UT area
Compensation: Anticipated compensation for this position is a salary of $105-125k*.
Job Summary
Franklin Covey’s Legal Department is looking for a full-time attorney who has experience in (a) drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and follow through to contract execution; and (b) general corporate experience, which may include intellectual property, data privacy, education, software / cloud-based products, licensing, securities, or other business matters.
