Job Summary
The Partner Success Manager is a high-impact, strategic role at the center of FranklinCovey’s partnerships in the Japan market. You will steward our partner accounts in close collaboration with our Client Partners (sellers) ensuring partners realize maximum value within the partner framework and measurable revenue from FranklinCovey’s content through our partnership.

You will lead partners from onboarding through multi-year engagement, acting as a strategic advisor and account manager to senior and executive stakeholders. As an Inside Sales role, there will be significant partner communication and external visits will also be required as your drive Partner management, business strategy reviews, expansion proposals within the partner accounts leading to contract renewal.

Essential Job Functions
Partner Onboarding, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Launch

  • Work with Client Partners (sellers) to define and complete contract scope around target market, content and consultant delivery (training) requirements by Partner account
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product Design, Operations) to ensure alignment on deliverables and timeline to the Partner
  • Design and manage the framework for account management; facilitator training, business reviews, implementation strategies to maximize Partner Success
  • Onboard new Partners effectively, ensuring a smooth launch and manage timeline

Strategic Value Realization & Partnership

  • Build strong, executive-caliber relationships focused on driving results, demonstrating value as a strategic thought advisor for Partners
  • Conduct regular business reviews to review performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Co-create and execute multi-year partner account plans with Client Partners

In addition, you will influence account revenue forecasting and pipeline by providing timely insights on renewal, expansion, and risk across your partner portfolio.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise partner / channel sales
  • 3+ years of account or project/program management experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, virtually and in person
  • Proven ability to influence renewal and expansion opportunities by identifying, validating, and positioning engagement growth
  • Strong project and program management skills; able to manage multiple strategic and tactical initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite
