Compensation: Anticipated compensation for this position is a salary of $148-177k* plus 15% variable pay.

Job Summary
We’re seeking a visionary, hands-on Director of Learning Experience & Visual Design to lead the visual design strategy for professional learning, coaching, curriculum, and classroom materials that empower educators and inspire students worldwide.
This role blends strategic brand leadership with exceptional design skills across print and digital platforms.
You’ll partner in stewarding the FranklinCovey Education brand, personally design high-impact materials, and lead through influence—working with contractors, vendors, content, product, and platform teams to ensure materials are as compelling as they are instructionally effective.
