Compensation: This position is paid via daily rate depending on the solution and delivery specifications. Estimated compensation is approx. $200-300/hour.

Job Summary
FranklinCovey is seeking a Senior Consultant – Healthcare Solution Delivery to work with executives, leaders, and learning and development professionals to deliver FranklinCovey solutions that drive collective behavior change at scale within healthcare organizations.

This role is responsible for consulting with clients to assess needs, recommending consulting and training solutions, delivering single- and multi-day work sessions in both virtual and in-person settings, and partnering with sales teams on business development efforts.

Direct healthcare experience is required. The ideal candidate has worked in the healthcare field and brings credibility, contextual understanding, and the ability to connect FranklinCovey content to the realities of healthcare environments. Clinical experience, including nursing or other direct patient care experience, is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will also bring strong facilitation skills and the ability to quickly learn and effectively deliver new content and solution offerings.

Essential Job Functions

  • Deliver FranklinCovey solutions in the areas of Leadership, Productivity, and Trust for healthcare clients.
  • Consult with clients prior to work sessions to determine the client’s job to be done, participant profile, and implementation needs.
  • Customize learning content and implementation to meet client needs and the business objectives that are critical to their success, including adapting delivery to healthcare settings and stakeholder audiences.
  • Adapt to the organization’s or learner’s unique needs to ensure a tailored experience for audiences ranging from individual contributors to the C-suite.
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment in which participants are engaged and eager to contribute to solving critical business and leadership challenges.
  • Provide continual opportunity and direction for active reflection, processing, application, and practice.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of FranklinCovey content, effective consulting and delivery skills, and relevant healthcare industry knowledge to support credible, results-driven work sessions.
  • Quickly learn and build proficiency in new healthcare solution content in order to deliver high-quality client experiences.
  • Facilitate content delivery, training, and client enablement in a way that is engaging, polished, and relevant to healthcare audiences.
  • Conduct sales calls with Client Partners and continuously participate in business development efforts.
  • Effectively use visuals and visual support media through various technology tools when delivering FranklinCovey work sessions.
  • Travel as needed for training or for in-person delivery.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of Director or above leadership or executive consulting experience
  • Direct healthcare industry experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience facilitating delivery of content, training, workshops, or client-facing learning solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new material and effectively deliver it to clients and stakeholders
  • Master’s degree
  • Clinical experience preferred, including nursing or other direct patient care backgrounds
  • Experience working in or with healthcare organizations such as hospitals, health systems, clinics, or other care delivery environments
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling, polished presentations to both line leadership and C-suite audiences
  • High degree of business acumen with strong character
  • Engaging and dynamic presentation skills
  • A pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity are critical for this role
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external clients
