Position: DTP Operator
Department: Delivery Excellence Team
Employment Type: Part-Time, Contractor and Temporary staff
Reason for Hiring: Replacement for an employee leaving the position
Duration: 3–6 months (estimated)
Work Location: Tokyo Office (Hanzomon)
Start Date: In the middle of September 2026
Remote Work: Available (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)
Hourly Wage: JPY2,600-2,800(Negotiable)
Commuting Expenses: Will be reimbursed by the company
Job Summary
Franklin Covey Japan provides various educational and training programs (such as leadership development) to our client companies. Your responsibilities will include creating print materials (including PDFs) such as textbooks and worksheets, as well as slide presentations.
You may be tasked with localizing data provided by our U.S. headquarters in English using InDesign, or formatting documents created in-house using Word or PowerPoint from scratch in InDesign or similar software.
The materials you’ll produce range from business card-sized cards to flyers and textbooks of approximately 200 pages.
*Since English translation is handled by external or internal staff, English proficiency is not required.
